After 17 years of cooling, it now allows us to explore a superb lava tunnel full of mineral surprises:

skylights
volumes 20 metres in diameter

The entire route is unstable and chaotic, hot and humid, and the crystalline rock is very sharp and abrasive.

Volumes are generally generous, but it is necessary to make progress on various crawling occasions and low passages.

The volumes and gradients require don't be afraid of heights (passages at height using harnesses) and climbing passages.

Sturdy trousers obligatory (no leggings), sturdy shoes if possible high heels, t-shirt, 1l bottle of water, small rucksack, k-way in case of rain, change of clothes for the return journey, small waterproof or plastic bag for your wallet.
